Many African Americans Uncomfortable with both the Democratic and Republican Parties
Zeese the First Caucasian to Appear on BrothaSpeak on BlackTVOnline Calls for Three-Party Politics to Empower the Black Community

Montgomery County, MD: The campaign of U.S. Senate candidate Kevin Zeese appears on BrothaSpeak on Black TV Online today.  The show highlights an unreported reality: many African Americans are turning off to both of the status quo parties.  "My goal is to begin the process of bringing together African Americans who feel unrepresented by the two parties, along with white Americans who are disenchanted with the two parties and the anti-war movement which was denied real anti-war candidates by the two status quo parties.  These three groups together will dominate politics in Maryland when a three-party system is developed in the state."

Zeese appeared on BrothaSpeak with Delegate Jill Carter along with the regular panelists on the show.  Two of the panelists endorsed Zeese, the third is still undecided but agrees that a third party is needed in Maryland politics.  The show can be seen at http://www.blacktvonline.com/brothaspeak54.

"My agenda of no federal income tax on the first $100,000 in income, health care for all Americans in a National Health Care Plan, free college education for all, a full-time, livable wage for full-time workers and ending the war on drugs is an agenda that benefits the black community, as well as all working families, more than the agendas of the Democratic or Republican Parties," said Zeese. "African Americans see that the two status quo parties put the interests of their funders before the basic needs of most Americans.  We are all coming to same the conclusion -- politics in Washington, DC is broken; and neither party will make the fundamental changes needed to make politics responsive to the desires of the American people."

Zeese has also been endorsed by noted African American columnist RB Jones of the Baltimore Times, see http://kevinzeese.com/content/view/226/45/, and Rev. Hubert Brown, III of Faith in Action, http://kevinzeese.com/content/view/297/45/.
